Location: Goregaon - Mumbai

Department: Export

Experience: 2–5 years

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in International Business / Any relevant course in export & import

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end export documentation including pre-shipment and post-shipment processes (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, etc.).
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters for timely dispatch and shipment tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain export-related documentation in compliance with statutory and customs requirements.
  • Liaise with banks for LC, payment realization.
  • Ensure timely filing of export documents and submission to relevant departments.
  • Manage export order processing, shipment scheduling, and logistics planning.
  • Maintain MIS reports related to export shipments, duty drawback, and payment status.
  • Coordinate with the production, quality, and dispatch teams for shipment readiness.
  • Handle customer communication for order status, documentation, and dispatch details.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Acquire new clients and maintain daily coordination with existing clients for new orders, ensuring strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping procedures.
  • Familiar with Incoterms, HS codes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and email correspondence.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
