Job Description:
We have an opening for the post of Sales Executive for a reputed Company at the Kolkata location.
Key Responsibility :
- Registration and acknowledgment of an inquiry.
- Risk Analysis or opportunity analysis
- Coordinating with the design department for the GA Drawing/ flow scheme.
- Coordinating with the internal team, filing documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Preparation of technical, and commercial Offers, visiting customers, and preparing internal Meeting Minutes. MIS reporting.
- Follow-ups on offer Status, PO,
- Getting the backup quotations for the process.
- Technical and commercial query resolving after consultation with seniors for the customer.
- Preparation of SO Release documents to all departments like Order acceptance, Budget release as per dispatchable units.
- Develop and maintain the customer relationship and promote our Products and Brand. On social media and other platforms offline and online
- Any other work assigned by the management from time to time

Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing/Sales Management in or equivalent qualifications.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Sales Strategies.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Sound knowledge and experience in ISO Quality Management System.
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- The ability to identify and intervene in problem areas well developed problem-solving skills.
