StaffAnchor is a growing recruitment consultancy helping companies across industries hire top talent in mid–senior and leadership roles. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM)
to drive client acquisition and growth.

Role Overview

As BDM, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients
for our recruitment services. This is a
work from office
role based in
Noida
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B leads for recruitment services
  • Manage end-to-end business development cycle: prospecting → pitching → follow-up → client onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision makers
  • Meet and exceed business targets through consistent client acquisition
  • Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    in client acquisition / business development
    within a recruitment agency
  • Proven record of onboarding new clients
    in recruitment or staffing services
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation

  • Fixed salary + attractive incentive on successful billings
