to drive client acquisition and growth.
Role Overview
As BDM, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients
for our recruitment services. This is a
work from office
role based in
Noida
.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads for recruitment services
- Manage end-to-end business development cycle: prospecting → pitching → follow-up → client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision makers
- Meet and exceed business targets through consistent client acquisition
- Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience
in client acquisition / business development
within a recruitment agency - Proven record of onboarding new clients
in recruitment or staffing services - Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Compensation
- Fixed salary + attractive incentive on successful billings
