Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Global Divisions. This role is embedded within the Divisional IMO and Change Team, which delivers high-impact services including project/program management, organizational change, business analysis, and portfolio governance. The position offers strong career growth, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives across geographies. You will work closely with Divisional and Business Leaders, Onshore Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive delivery across mergers, integrations, and transformation programs. The ideal candidate brings a blend of structured project management expertise, stakeholder agility, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead the initiation and planning of projects aligned with the M&A framework and change agenda


• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and benefits


• Establish project governance structures and lead cross-functional teams across locations
• Monitor progress and report on key milestones, risks, and dependencies


• Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage mitigation strategies


• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and geographies to ensure alignment
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project contributors


• Coordinate with IT and external vendors to integrate technical deliverables


• Create high-quality documentation and dashboards using PowerPoint and Word


• Support broader change initiatives and contribute to strategic transformation goals


• Share best practices and insights to strengthen the global Change community


• Ensure compliance with professional standards, data governance, and ethical practices

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Certifications


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline


• Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, MSP, Agile) preferred

Technical Knowledge


• Strong command of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)


• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)


• Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project, PlanView, Smartsheet, Power BI


• Experience in insurance or financial services is essential


• Understanding of legal, regulatory, and risk frameworks in global operations

Experience


• 15+ years in Project Management, Business Operations, or Consulting


• Proven success in managing complex, multi-location, and regulatory-driven projects


• Experience working with IT teams and external vendors


• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills


• Excellent communication and presentation abilities


• Demonstrated ability to lead in matrix environments and virtual teams


• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity
