Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Communications Manager based in Patna. The Communications Manager will lead the execution of internal and external communication strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include content creation, coordinating public relations efforts, managing social media channels, drafting press releases, and fostering positive stakeholder engagement. The role also includes measuring the effectiveness of communication strategies and ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with audiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Strategic Planning for communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in Content Development, including writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Strong Public Relations and Media Relations capabilities
  • Expertise in managing Social Media Platforms and Digital Communication
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare or not-for-profit sectors is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and external partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
