Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager located in Patna. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of e-learning products, including defining product vision, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Daily tasks include coordinating with the design and development teams, monitoring product performance, gathering user feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Product Manager / Product Owner
to lead the development, enhancement, and adoption of our Learning Management System (LMS). This role will be responsible for defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our LMS delivers a seamless, engaging, and scalable learning experience for employees, clients, and partners.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of e-learning technologies, product management best practices, and user experience design.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the LMS.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to shape product direction.
• Align LMS goals with organizational learning, compliance, and business objectives.

Product Development & Ownership

• Serve as the
  Product Owner
  in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing new features, enhancements, and technical debt.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive and engaging learner experience.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with HR, L&D, Compliance, and IT teams to capture requirements and ensure LMS adoption.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and success metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

User Experience & Adoption

• Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and learning analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion learner engagement and ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and compliance with e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
• Support change management, training, and communication for smooth rollouts.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure the LMS meets data privacy, security, and compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc., where applicable).
• Define product KPIs and track ROI of LMS initiatives.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise LMS platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital learning products.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of LMS platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, Docebo, or similar).
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and e-learning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Aha, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
