Sales & Inventory Coordinator - (Full-Time)

Location: Bangalore

Work Days: 6 days a week (Sunday is a working day)

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator who can manage day-to-day retail sales support, handle field sales requirements, coordinate B2B orders, and ensure smooth communication between stores, clients, production, and management. This role blends in-store support, field sales follow-ups, B2B client handling, and backend coordination.

Retail Sales Coordination

  • Work closely with the store team and warehouse ensuring all store sales, enquiries, and follow-ups are recorded accurately.
  • Track daily store sales reports and highlight deviations or opportunities.
  • Update teams on priority orders, delays, customer requirements, and dispatch plans.
  • Overseeing packaging, dispatching and updating the online orders.
  • Coordinate replenishment: track inventory levels, plan restocking, and ensure smooth movement of goods.
  • Accurately record and update incoming stock in the store and warehouse.
  • Upload new products online and update stock details on the website.
  • Maintain inventory software entries for manual stock updates and inventory records.

B2B Sales Coordination (Local Market + On-Ground Activities)

  • Visit clients/architects/designers or partner stores when required.
  • Conduct product demos, share catalogues, prepare quotations, proposals, and understand client needs.
  • Track B2B order lifecycle: enquiry → quotation → sample approval → order → dispatch → installation update.
  • Maintain B2B client database, including conversations, requirements, and order history.
  • Maintain trackers for payments, orders, and deliveries.
  • Support pop-ups, exhibitions, and on-ground retail events and Identify new leads.
  • Capture customer feedback directly from the field.

Customer Communication & Relationship Management

  • Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers and B2B clients.
  • Respond to queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Share product details, MOQs, customization possibilities, timelines, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients and designers.

Experience

  • 1–3 years in sales coordination, retail coordination, B2B sales assistance, or similar roles.
  • Experience in home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or handcrafted categories is a must.
  • Familiarity with inventory software like Vyapar (or willingness to learn).
  • Comfortable handling warehouse coordination and physical stock movement.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.

General Requirements

  • Comfortable working 6 days a week (Sunday included; 1 weekly weekday off).
  • Strong communication skills (spoken + written).
  • Good negotiation and follow-up discipline.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Comfortable with field visits and client handling.
  • Familiarity with sales software, CRM tools, Google Sheets, excel and WhatsApp Business.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time well.
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability.
