CRM Manager

Pre-Sales & Sales Support:
- Track and manage leads using a CRM tool (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
- Support sales team in managing communication with prospective clients.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure records are up to date.
Booking & Documentation:
- Assist in the booking process and handle customer documentation (KYC, agreements, etc.).
- Coordinate with legal and sales teams to ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
Customer Engagement:
- Act as the point of contact for customers post-booking.
- Provide updates on construction progress, payment schedules, and possession timelines.
- Arrange site visits and handle customer queries.
Payment & Collection Follow-up:
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on dues.
- Send payment reminders and coordinate with finance teams.
Handover & Possession:
- Manage the possession process and coordinate with technical teams.
- Ensure snags/issues are resolved before handover.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Complaint Resolution:
- Log and resolve customer complaints or service requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, accounts, legal) for resolution.
CRM System Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM software.
- Generate reports for management review (e.g., customer feedback, pending payments, etc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate)
- CRM certifications or experience with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or customer service roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
