Import-Export Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EXIM Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in export-import documentation and coordination, along with a certification in Export-Import procedures. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth shipment operations and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Certification course in Export-Import required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pre- and post-shipment export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, IMC-certified documents, etc.
- Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent) for shipping bill filing
- Send Shipping Instructions (SI) to the shipping line
- Follow up and arrange the release of the final Bill of Lading from the shipping line
- Prepare and submit BRC (Bank Realisation Certificate) documentation
- Maintain and update advance license files
- Liaise with CHAs, shipping agents, and transporters to ensure seamless shipment movement
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD)

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
