**Export-Import Documentation**:

- Prepare and manage all documentation for export and import shipments (commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners for timely shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and incoterms.
- Monitor shipping schedules and maintain accurate records of shipments.
- Follow up with customs and port authorities to ensure clearance.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in handling international and domestic customer queries.
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Generate proforma invoices, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
- Support the team in managing customer accounts, order tracking, and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in a trading or manufacturing firm.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and incoterms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling LC documentation and export incentives (e.g., RoDTEP, MEIS).
- Familiarity with DGFT procedures and government portals.
- Basic understanding of international markets and sales processes.

Pay: ₹11,885.87 - ₹34,637.65 per month
