**IMPORT-EXPORT EXECUTIVE**

**Salary**: 4 to 5 Lacs Negotiable

Job location: Kamgaar Nagar, Kurla west

Work Timings: Mon to Saturday 10am to 6.30 (2nd & 4th Sat is off)

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Supply Chain Management or International Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Min. of 4-5 years of experience in import/export management, documentation, related logistics roles.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international import/export regulations and compliance.
- Experience with customs documentation and procedures and in Preparing, reviewing import/export documents like Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Customs Checklist approval etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trade agreements, tariffs, HSN Codes andcustoms regulations.
- Should be proficient in SAP or ERP, MS Office - Word, Excel, Chat GPT etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to extract & interpret import/export data.
- Ability to evaluate and develop new logistics providers and technologies.

**CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB PROFILE**

1. Negotiate contracts and shipping rates with freight forwarders.

2. Analyze costs associated with import and export operations, develop budgets, and identify areas for cost reduction.

3. Review and approve logistics provider invoices.

4. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers for shipment scheduling.

5. Exceptional negotiation skills, particularly with freight forwarders and transportation providers.

6. Strategic planning and execution in shipping and logistics.
