**Responsibilities**:

- Import/ Export Pre-advise/ Pre-alert Handling
- Generating Invoices and supporting custom documents
- Responsible for internal Department, Bookings, Documentation, and Execution of Routing for Assigned Shipments.
- Create import/export documentation both within and outside of the scope of SA and responsible for Reviewing all

Documents.
- Responsible for Communicating Information and Instructions to/from Vendors Domestic and International.
- Ensure that File contains all necessary Document Copies in Proper Sequence.
- Posting the documents in SAP System (adjustment Entries, Forex and other documents etc)
- Maintaining records of inventory, sales, and other business operations activities for the company.
- Ensuring that all shipments are properly insured and documented for transportation
- Preparation and ensuring the compliance of Banking Regulation, RBI regulations for settlement of transaction of

EDPMS and IDPMS.
- Responsibility for the examination, advising, acceptance, amendments and of documentary Letters of Credit, Standby

Letters of Credit, Guarantees and Collections

**Primary purpose of the job**:

- 30% Import and 70% Export
- Bank operation/compliance of Forex inward and outward
- Letter of Credit
- Work on SAP
