- We're seeking an experienced Import & Accounts Executive to manage import operations, coordinate logistics, and handle accounting tasks related to international trade._

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Import Operations**:
1.⁠ ⁠Raise PO for import

2.⁠ ⁠Open Letter of Credit (LC) with banks

3.⁠ ⁠Coordinate CHA for shipping and logistics

4.⁠ ⁠Custom clearance & Warehousing

5.⁠ ⁠Deliver goods to customers as per their schedules

**Accounting/Sales/Banking**
1.⁠ ⁠Raise invoices as per PO of customers

2.⁠ ⁠Ensure LC payment to the bank, booking of forex for remittance

3.⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of imports, sales, stocks and payments

4.⁠ ⁠Reconcile stock with warehouse operators

5.⁠ ⁠Bill of entry compliance with bank

**Requirements**:
1.⁠ ⁠2-5 years of experience in import/export operations and accounting.

2.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of international trade laws and regulations.

3.⁠ ⁠Familiarity with LC and banking procedures.

4.⁠ ⁠Strong accounting skills (knowledge of GST, customs regulations).

5.⁠ ⁠Proficient in MS Excel

(We do not use Tally, training for our accounting software will be provided to you)

**Salary**:
Office timings: 10-6.30 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
