Key Objective of the Job:

  • CFAB : Loan Servicing & customer Service (Termination Process)


Major Deliverables: 

  • Closure Request execution monitoring & reconciliation. (Foreclosure, BT Top up, Maturity & Settlement Closure)
  • Manage end-to-end loan servicing processes including Contract Termination.
  • Closure Critical Transaction authorization. & Request allocation to Team members.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan closure service requests within defined (TAT).
  • Stakeholder Co-ordination, including Collection, Branch Ops, Customer Service
  • Continuously review and enhance operational processes to. Strengthen internal controls, Reduce Error rates, Improve TAT & quality.
  • Prepare and publish daily dashboards and MIS reports for senior management and key stakeholders
  • Customer Complaints monitoring & its curing plan. Monitoring NPS score
  • Ad hoc data management. analysis & Query resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of loan servicing and termination processes.


Educational Qualification: 

  • As per HR requirement (minimum Graduate & above).


Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years
