Key Objective of the Job:

  • CFAB: Loan Servicing, CIBIL & Critical Parameter


Major Deliverables: 

  • Manage daily critical MIS reporting with stakeholder coordination.
  • Monitor and reconcile GST invoices.
  • Oversee end-to-end NOC execution, online hypothecation tracking, and vendor coordination for TAT adherence and RTO reduction.
  • Ensure timely customer communication at all NOC stages.
  • Execute and update LMS transactions (part payments, rescheduling, cancellations, due date changes, PAN/TAN, contact details, GST).
  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints with effective action plans.
  • Handle ad hoc data analysis and audit queries (internal/statutory).
  • Team Monitoring & handling projects related to Loan servicing.
  • Reconcile CDM transactions and coordinate with branch operations.
  • Track and close CIBIL cases within TAT, ensuring zero complaints.

Prepare BRDs for automation projects and work with stakeholders for implementation.

  • Manage loan restructuring in LMS and handle end-to-end PLR reduction communication activities.
  • Execution of automations through API.

  • Proficiency in MIS reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation processes.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of LMS, GST compliance, and audit processes.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.


Educational Qualification: 

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS and MIS tools.
