Job Description:

We are looking for a Costing & Budgeting professional with strong analytical and project financial management skills to join our team at Godrej Properties Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project budgets, cost control, and ensuring adherence to approved financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed project budgets and cost estimates during various project stages.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Coordinate with planning, billing, and procurement teams for cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Analyze cost variances and prepare reports for management review.
  • Support management in value engineering exercises and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Assist in tender evaluation and rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
  • Maintain and update cost databases for future benchmarking.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.E. Civil with minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, contracting, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of cost management, budgeting, and estimation processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, SAP, and other project costing tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
