Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Panvel. The Relationship Manager will maintain a strong connection with current and potential residents through personalized support and proactive engagement. Responsibilities include resolving resident queries, ensuring client satisfaction, conducting property visits, and fostering a welcoming community environment. The role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure smooth property operations and assisting in achieving customer retention and occupancy targets.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution expertise, and negotiation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in client management software or CRM tools is an advantage
  • Previous experience in operations, hospitality, real estate, or related fields is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related domain
