Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant, located in Panvel. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing communication with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers to understand their needs, maintaining organized records of sales leads, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations. Collaboration with other departments to meet organizational goals is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
  • Customer Service expertise and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Excellent Organization skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records accurately.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in sales processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
