Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to improve engagement.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.

  • Lead Generation
  • Assist in generating leads through direct calls and maintaining a follow-up schedule. (10%of work schedule)
  • Leverage social media platforms to identify and engage with potential leads.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through social media outreach and engagement.
  • Update and manage lead databases with accurate details of potential clients.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve website rankings.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

  • Blog Posting and Content Management
  • Research, write, and post engaging and SEO-optimized blog articles on the company website.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas aligned with business goals.
  • Update older blog posts to keep them relevant and improve their search performance.

  • Email Marketing
  • Draft, design, and execute email campaigns to engage existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain and segment email databases for personalized targeting.
  • Track email marketing performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, etc.).

  • E-Commerce Platform Handling
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, and updates on the e-commerce platform.
  • Optimize the platform for search and user experience to boost conversions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and identify trends.

  • General Marketing Support
  • Assist in brainstorming and implementing new strategies to drive digital growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
