Job Summary
Anmol Builders & Developers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive cum Team Leader to handle property sales and lead a team of sales executives. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing clients, conducting site visits, and ensuring team performance aligns with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and site visits
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct negotiations and close property deals
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives
- Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups
- Motivate team members to achieve targets
- Conduct daily briefings and weekly performance reviews
- Support the team in closing complex or high-value deals
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, accounts, and legal departments
- Ensure smooth documentation and booking process
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Provide market trends and competitor feedback to management
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Ensure customer satisfaction from booking to possession
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales
- Minimum 1 year experience handling a sales team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good negotiation and closing abilities
- Knowledge of real estate documentation
- Target-driven and self-motivated
