About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to support sourcing for our upcoming residential project in Panvel. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying potential clients , coordinating with brokers, and managing sourcing pipelines within the Mumbai–Navi Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and ICP's.

Conduct site visits, preliminary feasibility assessments, and gather market intelligence.

Track, manage, and report all sourcing leads and activities in an organized manner.

Keep updated with local market trends, upcoming infrastructure developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner development—preferably in residential projects.

Strong local market knowledge of Panvel, Navi Mumbai, and Raigad belt.

Established network of brokers and local stakeholders.

Ability to independently conduct site visits and verify on-ground information.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
