Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support the HR team with ad hoc recruitment tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
