Requirements :

  • Computer science graduates with 2–4 years of experience in a CRM / IT support or backend operations role, preferably in the retail or jewellery industry software. (Gati, Logic, Marg, or custom jewellery software).
  • Hands-on experience in supporting POS, inventory, and billing software used in showrooms.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • To provide technical and functional support for CRM and other operational software systems used across the business cycle.
  • The role involves monitoring day-to-day data updates, ensuring accurate and timely inputs by operational teams, and guiding showroom staff in effectively using the systems.
  • The CRM Support Executive ensures smooth digital operations, data integrity, and contributes to an enhanced customer service experience by enabling tech-driven efficiency in sales, inventory, billing, and customer engagement processes.
