A Project Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales within a project-focused environment, managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
- They develop and implement sales strategies, conduct market research, and collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Key aspects include identifying potential clients, presenting products/services, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support.
- Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, qualifying leads and converting them into potential clients.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products/services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer needs, and stay informed about competitor activities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, project management, etc.) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project management teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and address any project-related issues.
- Skills:

- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, including lead generation, presentation skills, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop solutions to address challenges.
- Project Management Skills: Understanding of project management principles and ability to collaborate with project teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry and market in which the company operates.
- Key Differences from a General Sales Executive:

- While a general Sales Executive focuses on sales across various channels, a Project Sales Executive is specifically responsible for sales within a project-based context. This includes understanding project requirements, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Pay: ₹8,835.89 - ₹30,695.85 per month
