DGM BD-Cooling Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Field Services team as
DGM - BD (Cooling Solutions)
. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical products and critical power systems, with a proven ability to deliver consultative solutions in modernization, digital monitoring, and spare parts replacement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive consultative selling through the FS core sales force by designing tailored cooling solutions for end users.
- Develop segment-specific strategies considering climatic conditions and customer needs.
- Identify customer pain points and promote appropriate technical solutions.
- Support the national sales team with customer training, technical presentations, and solution design.
- Select appropriate offers based on customer business nature and market dynamics.
- Maintain strong market awareness including competitor landscape, pricing, and trends.
- Analyze business potential and align offers to strategic customer segments.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 8-14 years of experience in services and technical sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a matrix environment.
- Influencing and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to build sustainable and trustworthy customer relationships.
