As our business operations lead, you will become the connective tissue of the company- driving operations, spearheading sales, telling our story through marketing, and keeping an eye on the financial pulse. Key Responsibilities

  • Running the engine: Keep the company humming by managing day-to-day operations with creativity and discipline.
  • Winning markets: Build and execute sales strategies that open doors with partners, clients, and customers.
  • Telling the story: Shape how Seisou communicates its mission- through marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and community engagement.
  • Keeping us grounded: Track finances, support fundraising, and provide the founder with data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Scaling smartly: Help us design systems and processes that grow with us, ensuring agility doesn't get lost as we expand.
  • Being everywhere at once: Whether it's a client pitch, investor call, event setup, or internal problem-solving session- you'll be the person who just makes things happen.
