Role Overview

As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you'll own ATOG's organic and community-led growth channels including social media, CRM, Reddit, influencer coordination, blogs, and web stories. You'll manage freelancers, lead execution, and ensure everything feels unmistakably ATOG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email & CRM:
    Plan and execute email campaigns, flows, and retention strategies that drive engagement and sales.
  • SEO & Content:
    Research, write, and optimize content for blogs, web stories, and website copy to improve visibility and organic reach.
  • D2C Content Creation:
    Develop sharp, authentic, and conversion-focused content across landing pages, product descriptions, and ad creatives.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Coordination:
    Identify and collaborate with creators who align with the brand's voice and values.
  • Community Engagement:
    Participate in Reddit, Quora, and similar spaces to grow organic visibility and conversations around ATOG.
  • New Product Development (NPD):
    Support ideation, competitive research, packaging copy, and go-to-market content for upcoming products.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure all communications — digital and offline — reflect ATOG's tone: smart, desi, and unapologetically bold.

Who You Are

  • 0–2 years of experience in content, growth, or D2C marketing.
  • Strong writing instincts with a knack for storytelling and SEO.
  • Comfortable discussing intimate and taboo topics with sensitivity and confidence.
  • Familiar with email marketing platforms, Google Sheets, Canva, and Notion.
  • Based in Bangalore and open to working from the office.
  • Curious, organized, and eager to learn fast and build something meaningful.
