Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for Non-IT roles across various industries in the US.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, work eligibility (citizen, GC, H1B, etc.), and fit for roles.
  • Negotiate pay rates, work conditions, and other terms with candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates; gather and deliver feedback from both sides.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment in the US.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the US job market, work authorizations, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and employment regulations.
  • Experience hiring for industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, admin, and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), MS Office, and recruiting platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
