Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Trade Operations Executive - Client Relationship. The Trade Operations Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with buyers and sellers, monitoring trade activities, and ensuring compliance with trade policies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting buyer and seller verifications, facilitating live trade negotiations, resolving queries, providing regular updates on trade statuses, and maintaining robust communication with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient trading process.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Experience in Trade Operations, Logistics Coordination, and Supply Chain Management
  • Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Decision-Making skills
  • Proficiency in using Trade Platforms and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the B2B trade industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
