Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Specialist - Client Relationship Management in Agro Trade, located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, facilitating communication between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth trade operations, and resolving any issues that arise during the trade process. The Operations Specialist will oversee the implementation of standardized trade policies and coordinate live negotiations on the platform.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Agro Trade, Trade Facilitation, and Trade Operations
  • Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of B2B trade and e-commerce platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Trade, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using trade management software and tools, familiarity with trade regulations
