Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, providing excellent customer service, managing and training sales teams, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and lead sales teams effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
