Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct product training sessions for internal teams, dealers, distributors, carpenters, architects, interior designers, and retail staff.
  • Support new product launches by conducting structured training sessions and preparing product knowledge material.
  • Develop and update training content including PPTs, product manuals, videos, and job aids.
  • Partner with Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams to gather training needs and plan interventions.
  • Conduct field visits to understand installation challenges and provide on-site guidance to carpenters and technicians.
  • Maintain training reports, attendance, feedback, and MIS.
  • Ensure all training aligns with Hettich quality, installation standards, and warranty guidelines.
  • Provide post-training support and clarify product- or installation-related queries.
  • Drive skill enhancement for carpenters and channel partners to reduce installation errors and improve product adoption.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Diploma holder (Technical background preferredMechanical/Electrical/Interior/Construction).
  • 3–8 years of experience in product training, technical training, or hands-on installation within furniture hardware, modular kitchen, interior solutions, building materials, or consumer durables industry.
  • Strong product and technical understanding of furniture fittings, kitchen hardware, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences (sales teams, carpenters, designers, dealers, etc.).
  • Hands-on installation capability or practical field exposure is highly preferred.
  • Ability to create training material and use digital tools for virtual training.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across regions for training and market visits.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and able to conduct interactive and impactful product training sessions.
