Job Purpose
To design and deliver high-impact training programs that elevate the skills of the Private Client Group (PCG) team to deliver superior wealth management solutions. This role focuses on equipping PCG advisors with comprehensive product knowledge, client relationship strategies, and market insights. The trainer will work closely with business stakeholders to align training outcomes with business goals and foster a high-performance, client-centric culture across the PCG vertical.
Key Deliverables

Design structured classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs tailored to the needs of the PCG team.
Deliver training on financial products (MF, PMS, AIF), market trends, asset allocation, and client handling techniques.
Conduct mock sessions, product refreshers, and certification-based training programs.
Partner with Zonal/Regional Heads and PCG Business Leads to identify training needs via regular feedback, performance metrics, and data insights.
Customize interventions based on advisor lifecycle stages (new joinee, experienced, leadership).
Share success stories and best practices from top-performing advisors and senior leaders.
Measure effectiveness through pre/post assessments, feedback, and business KPIs (client acquisition, retention, AUM growth).
Share monthly reports with insights and recommendations for future training focus areas.
Coordinate with regional trainers to drive uniformity and delivery excellence.
Role Requirements
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Additional certifications like CFP, CFA, or NISM modules preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management training, or L&D roles.
Exposure to HNI/UHNI client handling or advisory business will be an advantage.
Location Flexibility:
Willingness to travel for regional rollouts and joint field sessions (PAN India).

Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
In-depth knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and financial planning.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate training impact.

Proficiency in MS Office, PPT, and LMS tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
