We are seeking an experienced GeM Portal & Government Tenders Specialist to support our company in managing day-to-day activities on GeM and other Indian government procurement platforms.

This role includes maintaining seller accounts, uploading products, tracking tenders, and assisting in bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the GeM Seller Account
  • Upload products, update catalogues, and ensure full compliance
  • Search, identify, and track relevant tenders
  • Prepare bid documents and submit tenders as required
  • Manage communication and updates on government portals
  • Optional support on:
  • CPPP
  • State Government Tender Portals
  • Defence / PSU / Railways procurement systems

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory hands-on experience with GeM Portal
  • Strong understanding of government tendering & procurement processes
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time
  • Strong documentation, compliance, and coordination skills
  • Experience with industrial/safety products (preferred, not mandatory)

Engagement Type
