Shish Industries Ltd is a leading Industrial Packaging Company dedicated to providing top-notch products and services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Officer with experience in the GEM Portal to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire tendering process on the GEM Portal, which includes preparing, submitting, and tracking bids.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete and comply with government regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify bidding opportunities and analyze competition.
- Liaise with vendors to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GEM Portal regulations and procurement policies to ensure compliance in all submissions.
- Generate and maintain reports related to tender submissions, success rates, and market insights.
- Participate in post-tender evaluations and assist in contract negotiations as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in tender management.
- Expertise on GEM Portal is Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of public procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
