**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage tenders (Govt/PSU/Private) - preparation, documentation & submission.
- Handle GeM portal - registration, product listing, bidding & order management.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales, purchase & management teams for project execution.
- Track tender status, follow up with authorities, and ensure timely closures.
- Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance for projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or Diploma with strong experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in Tendering & GeM Portal Management.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes (EMD, PBG, bidding norms).
- Proficiency in documentation, MS Office, AutoCAD/SolidWorks preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
