1. Researching and identifying government tender opportunities relevant to the organization's business.
- 2. Reviewing tender documents & understanding requirements
- 3. Coordinating with team members to gather the necessary information for tender submissions.
- 4. Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations within the specified deadlines.
- 5. Ensuring compliance with all tender requirements, including documentation and legal obligations.
- 6. Managing and maintaining the organization's profile on the GEM Portal.
- 7. Regularly monitoring the GEM Portal for new tender opportunities and updates.
- 8. Collaborating with the sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements and develop winning strategies.
- 9. Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the tendering process.
- 10. Keeping abreast of industry trends, government policies, and changes in procurement processes.
- 11. Should be having good skills in handling GEM Portal, G-Sheets, Word & Excel
- Requirements:

- 1. Minimum of three years of work experience in making quotations for government tenders.
- 2. Expertise in navigating and using the GEM Portal for tender submissions.
- 3. Strong knowledge of government tendering processes, rules, and regulations.
- 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5. Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret tender documents accurately.
- 6. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- 8. Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
