Key Responsibilities

  1. GeM Portal Management

  2. Register and maintain company profile, product listings, and catalogue updates on GeM.

  3. Upload CCTV products, specifications, certifications, and pricing in line with GeM requirements.

  4. Monitor tenders, bids, and reverse auctions relevant to CCTV and security solutions.

  5. Track order status, payment cycles, and resolve portal-related issues.

  6. Business Development

  7. Identify new business opportunities through GeM tenders and government procurement notices.

  8. Generate leads by engaging with government departments, PSUs, and institutions via GeM.

  9. Support the sales team in preparing competitive bids and proposals.

  10. Develop strategies to maximize visibility and sales of CCTV products on GeM.

  11. Sales & Trade Team Support

  12. Collaborate with the sales team to align GeM opportunities with overall business targets.

  13. Provide insights on government procurement trends and competitor activities.

  14. Assist in preparing documentation, quotations, and compliance papers for bids.

  15. Train and guide sales staff on GeM processes and updates.

  16. Compliance & Documentation

  17. Ensure adherence to government procurement policies, rules, and regulations.

  18. Maintain updated certifications (ISO, BIS, OEM authorizations, etc.) required for CCTV products.

  19. Handle audit requirements, vendor assessments, and compliance reporting.

  20. Liaise with government officials to resolve compliance queries.

  21. Reporting & Analysis

  22. Prepare regular MIS reports on GeM activities, tenders participated, and business generated.

  23. Analyse success rates of bids and recommend improvements.

  24. Track revenue targets achieved through GeM and forecast future opportunities.

  25. Required Skills & Competencies

  26. Strong knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal operations.

  27. Familiarity with CCTV, surveillance, and security product domain.

  28. Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with sales and government officials.

  29. Analytical mindset to evaluate tenders, pricing, and competition.

  30. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and GeM portal tools.

  31. Understanding of government procurement compliance and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:
