Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role will also involve identifying opportunities for client growth and acting as a trusted advisor throughout their real estate journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Conduct site visits and property showings.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales successfully.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret and analyze real estate market trends
  • Experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
