Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and grow the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate business solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Confidence in approaching and handling clients.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Pay: ₹12, ₹42,467.65 per month
