Role Overview: As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions. Actively source and engage with IT professionals through job boards, social media, and industry networks, to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source and attract IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' technical and soft skills to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback to both parties.
- Experience: 1 to 7 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related HR role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends is essential.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in using job boards, and recruitment tools. Experience with Naukri is a plus.
- Education: Any Bachelors degree
