Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and optimizing the agency's revenue streams. Daily tasks include market research, sales presentations, client negotiations, partnership development, and coordination with the marketing and production teams. The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and partnership development
- Strong market research and analytical skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or celebrity management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the South Indian market and culture is a plus
