Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting the company's services. Responsibilities include practicing excellent communication with clients, maintaining superior customer service, reaching sales targets, and providing training sessions when required. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting sales targets and devising strategies for business growth
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions to share insights and enhance team performance
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
