Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and engaging potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and promoting Instapower's LED lighting solutions. The role also involves conducting product presentations, delivering customer training, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to effectively drive business growth
  • Experience in facilitating Training sessions to educate customers on products and services
  • Ability to adapt to market trends and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in LED lighting or related industries is an advantage
