Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Car Sales Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for consulting with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Additional tasks include managing the sales process, preparing vehicle presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales expertise, including Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales skills
  • Customer-focused abilities such as Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in building long-term relationships through strong Customer Retention strategies
  • Proficiency in negotiation and product knowledge
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
