Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and working to effectively promote the company's freight and logistics services. Daily tasks include communication with current and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with the sales management team and conducting training sessions for clients when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proven expertise in Sales and experience in Sales Management
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions as needed
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while achieving goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a Plus
