We're now seeking a
D2C / Growth Strategist
who can lead the
end-to-end growth playbook
for our clients — balancing
customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization
— and directly tying marketing execution to
business outcomes
like revenue growth, LTV, and profitability.

Role Overview

The
D2C / Growth Strategist
will act as the
chief architect of growth
for our client brands. You'll design and oversee
multi-channel growth strategies
, ensuring alignment between
media spend, lifecycle marketing, and on-site CRO
. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketers, Shopify Developers, Creative Team, and CRM Managers to drive
consistent, profitable growth
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the
    D2C growth roadmap
    for brands across acquisition, retention, and conversion.
  • Translate
    business KPIs
    (revenue, CAC, LTV, AOV, MER) into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Own
    media mix strategy
    (Meta, Google, influencer, affiliate) to maximize scalable acquisition.
  • Oversee
    email/SMS lifecycle flows
    (welcome, retention, win-back, post-purchase) for higher LTV.
  • Partner with CRO/Shopify teams to run
    sitewide A/B tests, funnel optimizations, and checkout improvements
    .
  • Lead weekly growth reviews with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Keep a pulse on
    industry benchmarks and trends
    to keep brands ahead of the curve.
  • Mentor internal teams and ensure cross-functional collaboration across
    paid media, creative, and product teams
    .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–10 years experience in
    D2C/eCommerce growth strategy
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Meta & Google Ads
    , but also lifecycle channels (Email/SMS/Retention).
  • Deep expertise in
    funnel metrics
    (CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, LTV).
  • Proven success in scaling D2C brands profitably (case studies / numbers required).
  • Experience with Shopify ecosystem, CRO tools, and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam).
  • Strong analytical mindset — ability to connect data to strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Agency-side experience managing multiple brands.
  • Exposure to international markets (US, EU, SEA).
  • Experience with influencer/affiliate programs.
  • Comfort with AI and automation tools for growth.
