About Spinta Digital

Spinta Digital is a growth partner to ambitious D2C brands, combining
branding, creativity, performance marketing, CRO, and technology
to scale businesses from scratch to multi-crore revenues.

We are now looking for a
Creative Strategist + Designer (Hybrid role)
— a professional who blends
creative ideation with hands-on design execution
. You'll work closely with our Performance Marketers to produce
ad creatives, landing page assets, and brand visuals
that don't just look great but also convert.

Role Overview

The
Creative Strategist + Designer
will own the
creative engine
for D2C campaigns. You'll analyze what works in performance marketing, craft compelling creative directions, and execute them into
high-performing ad visuals, videos, and on-site assets
. This hybrid role demands both
strategic thinking
(what stories and hooks will drive results) and
practical design execution
(creating polished assets at speed).

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with
    Performance Marketers
    to conceptualize and produce
    winning ad creatives
    (static, carousel, video, UGC-style).
  • Design
    landing page visuals, banners, and UI elements
    aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Analyze creative performance data to identify what works and iterate rapidly.
  • Build and maintain
    brand visual identity systems
    across ads, email, and website.
  • Develop
    storyboards and scripts
    for video ads, influencer content, and reels.
  • Stay ahead of
    creative trends in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok/Reels, and D2C campaigns
    .
  • Work closely with the
    Shopify CRO Specialist
    to ensure creative consistency across the funnel.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6+ years in
    creative strategy and design
    for D2C/eCommerce brands.
  • Strong portfolio of
    ad creatives and landing pages
    with measurable performance results.
  • Expertise in tools like
    Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma
    (video editing in Premiere/After Effects a plus).
  • Strong grasp of
    creative hooks, consumer psychology, and storytelling
    in ads.
  • Ability to
    read performance data
    and translate insights into creative iterations.
  • Strong design fundamentals (typography, color, composition).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience producing
    UGC-style ads and short-form video content
    .
  • Knowledge of
    motion graphics
    and animation.
  • Worked closely with
    performance marketing teams
    in an agency or brand setting.
  • Understanding of
    CRO and how creative impacts conversion rates
    .
