We are seeking a Creative Content Strategist to join our team and play a key role in planning, developing and executing innovative content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. As a Creative Content Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience across multiple digital channels. You will also be responsible for measuring the performance of our content and making data-driven recommendations to improve our strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the agency's overall marketing goals
- Conduct detailed audience research to understand the needs, interests, and pain points of our target audience
- Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that are engaging, informative, and shareable
- Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and organic traffic
- Measure the performance of our content and make data-driven recommendations to improve our strategies
- Manage and collaborate with a team of designers and marketers from ideation to execution
- Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy or content marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and social media
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) a plus

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
