We are a forward-thinking agency dedicated to creating innovative social media and marketing strategies for our clients. We are seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Strategist to join our team and drive impactful campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media and Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and marketing strategies for various brands.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in social media dynamics.

**Content Calendar Creation**:

- Plan and create content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to execute content plans.

**Campaign and Shoot Strategy**:

- Strategize and plan shoots and campaigns to align with client goals and brand identity.
- Coordinate with creative teams to bring concepts to life.
- **Creative Thinking and Copywriting**:

- Generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
- Write compelling copy that resonates with the target audience.

**Execution and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative team to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their evolving nature.
- Proven experience in strategizing and executing social media and marketing campaigns.
- Strong creative thinking and copywriting skills.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars.
- Experience in planning and coordinating shoots and campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in an agency setting is a bonus.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
